well first of all i am shocked to see why people are sayin stay in India and get a BS...

if u can go abroad.. why not...??

apply for the SAT and the TOEFL...!!
SAT is pretty easy to crack if keep your calm..
try and figure out your plus points and don't waste time on things that don't interest you or you are weak at!!

As suggested by Minootoo, better you do Undergraduate Studies in India and then go for Postgraduate studies in Europe or US. If you have too much money to waste then there are many Educational Fair where you can get details about degrees, fees etc.

You should take SAT I and if possible SAT II. Your performance in class IX, X, XI and XII will count. Take TOEFL. Have good extra curricular activities. Prepare good essays and try your best to get involved in soical services, specially as volenteers. All these will help you. All the best

Stay home and get a basic education, B.Sc or B. S. or B.E. or B.Tech.

Then go for M.S. or Ph.D.
