A Russian peasant woman in the 1700's had 69 children. She had 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets, and 4 sets of quadruplets. WOW!! I think I would have shot my husband or myself after 4.

The lady that lived next dooor to me when I was 8-9 had 22 children. Three died a birth so she had 19 living children

Not sure, but my mom has 10 and my greatgrandmother 13. Theres also a show on t.v. called the Duggers and they have I think, 17 children and the youngest is 2 or 3.

More than 50. I saw it on Ripley's Believe It or Not a long time ago...woman was in her fifties and had more than 50 children...lots of multiple births.

Don't know. There's a women on TV they've been showing, she has had 16 or 18 children all by herself. Course her husband got her started.

Check the guiness book of world records. I remember hearind that the number was 37, but don't quote me on it.
