Yes I have!
In my humble opinion they aren't the best of bands, ie. i cannot stand them.
They are like 80-90% of modern music, unoriginal and dull with no creativity involved at all, unless you count the very stupid haircuts.
They have the worst image, I mean, honestly if you really want to be depressed and sad, be depressed and sad without infecting the rest of us. Also, isn't it a bit harsh on the world with all these bands saying that they write all their lyrics based on experiences but then in the interview 90% of the time, they never name or talk about those experiences.
How would they really like to be a person who is constantly depressed and sad but DOESN'T get payed one hell'uv a lot for it?
They say money doesn't bring you happiness, and maybe that is true but these bands are a lot better off than the majority of us for doing what? Infecting our nation with their sadness and ruining our ears and minds with their so-called music.

panic! at the disco suxxx!! i cant stand them!! they are possibly the worst thing to happen to music since coheed & cambria destroyed good music!! panic! at the disco makes my ears bleed. it slowly kills me everytime my friend plays it!

i'll listen to them, but don't like them.... i have to say, though, it was very funny when the singer was hit with a bottle at reading fest '06!
