I think kobe because he drives to the basket thus having a better chance for a high percentage attempt.A 3 point attempt is not a high percentage shot,but when Dirk is hot his 3's are like layups.A high percentage shot is one that the player has a great chance in making .For example a layup.A low percentage attempt is a outside shot further away from the basket.

They play 2 different positions. Dirk is 7 feet tall and Kobe is 6'7. Its like apples and oranges.
Compare Kobe to Lebron, or Dirk to KG or Duncan.

dirk bacause he plays with talent. kobe is the only shooter on the lakers so he has to rack up shots every night for his team to have a chance at winning
