Can having anal sex cause your body harm? For women??I know gay men do this but what are the effects on your body can it be harmful or cause problems?It's not possible to get pregnant this way is it?? Thank you-just curious.

I am 21 years old and have a friend who claims she got pregnant this way and i am pretty sure she did not-so that's why i am asking to set her straight.thanks

It can only do harm if you don't use lubricant. Otherwise it is safe. You CAN'T get pregnant having anal sex (unless the sperm somehow gets into the vaginal cavity)... 2 totally different orifices.
You can still get STD's, and HIV thru anal sex so always be protected!
You must be careful not to get infections when having anal sex as there is bacteria in the anal cavity.....

Well unprotected anal can cause you to get HIV along with other problems. Yes, it can cause harm and damage to your rectum over time. Tissue damage the eleacticity of your anas will be lost so control bowel movements will be difficult, as for example when passing gas you could accidently poo yourself. If you have to ask if you are going to get preg from doing it that way, may I suggest picking up a sex ed book or a book on the human anatomy. If you can't figure it out you should probably not be doing any type of sexual acts.
** Take it back about you picking up the sex ed book your friend should. Not to mention she shouldn't be breeding if she is 21 years old and hasn't figured that you only get preg through vaginal intercourse and or artificial insemination or however that is spelled.***

sperm could have come out the anus and gotten into the vagine. Its rare but possible. As for anal sex harming your body other than an increased risk of STD transmission no. Condoms and good lubrication can help prevent tears and disease.

Yes it can cause lots of harm to your body. No ones body is made to have sex in that way. This can cause physical pain. God didn't make us like that. You can also have various uncurable diseases and conditions. No you can not get pregnant like this. This act is very dirty and is a major sin. From doing this act it can cause darkness in the face or can make offsprings that come from this person cross eyed. There is also a everlasting punishment for this act from the One and Only true God.
And this act is bad for men and women, like I said none were created to perform this dicusting act.
This act also a form of sodomy form both men and women.

No you can not get pregnant..... The only thing that anal sex really does is stretch out the anus. When your anus is stretched it may be a little harder to hold in your poop. Also you can get rectal tears and that can be painful. But really if you do it the right way ( lots of lube) you should be fine.

You can get UTIs alot easier than if you were to have just regular sex due to the risk of transfering bactiera. It can also cause lacerations in your anus and around the area that can lead to infection and in general cause a great amount of pain. It can also make you more supseptibale to STDs and general infections. Also YES you can get pregnant remember sperm can crawl therefore you are VERY close to that area and therefor the risk of getting pregnant is still high.
