I was on clomid this month and when I had my blood work done, doc told me that my progesterone level is 27 which is good. But today is my 31st day and I am having my period. Is it possible to have such a high progesterone level and not being pregnant. also I had many symptoms of pregnancy which made me believe that I was pregnant. We have been trying for 1 year and it is frustrating .

Yes, the level of your progesterone doesn't predict pregnancy, it simply indicates whether or not you ovulated. And you obviously did. Don't give up, it is frustrating, so have a good cry, and then move on to the next cycle.
