I am gonna go with pregnant, but not showing up on the test. When i was three months pregnant with my son i didn't show up pregnant. In fact, i didn't show up pregnant until about five months.
If you know for a fact you aren't pregnant, you might have a cyst. it is a tiny little lump on you ovary. basically when your body releases its egg for the month, your egg pops from your ovary and your fallopian tubes catch it and it travels down your fallopian tubes
(the rest i took directly from WEBMD.COM
in the case of a cyst-An ovarian cyst is a round, thin-walled, clear fluid-filled sac that develops in the ovary as part of normal egg development. When on the ovary's surface, an ovarian cyst looks something like a skin blister. A normal ovarian cyst can grow as large as 1.5 in. as it prepares to release an egg into the abdomen (ovulation).
When an ovarian cyst does not release its egg, it continues to grow, becoming larger than normal (functional ovarian cyst). A functional ovarian cyst may also form after an egg is released. In this case, the ovarian cyst reseals itself and swells with fluid. This is called a luteal cyst. Functional ovarian cysts are the most common type of ovarian growth in women of childbearing age.1
Like most types of ovarian cysts, functional cysts usually don't cause symptoms and are first noticed during a general pelvic exam. However, a larger ovarian cyst can twist, rupture, or bleed and be very painful. If your health professional has found that you have a functional ovarian cyst, you have no reason to worry about cancer-functional cysts do not lead to cancer. Most functional ovarian cysts go away on their own within a few months and are harmless.
What causes functional ovarian cysts?
A functional ovarian cyst is caused by one or more slight changes in the way the ovary produces or releases an egg.
If you are postmenopausal, you are not ovulating and cannot develop a functional ovarian cyst. However, it is possible to have one that you developed when you were still ovulating.
Although unlikely, it is possible to ovulate while taking hormonal birth control pills and, therefore, to be capable of developing a functional ovarian cyst.
What are the symptoms?
Most functional ovarian cysts are harmless, do not cause symptoms, and go away without treatment. However, they can cause symptoms such as:
Lower abdominal pain or ache, typically in the middle of your menstrual cycle.
Menstrual period delay.
Weight gain.
Unexpected vaginal bleeding.
Some functional ovarian cysts can twist or rupture and bleed. Symptoms include:
Sudden severe pain, often with nausea and vomiting (possible sign of a twisted cyst).
Pain immediately after intercourse (possible sign of a ruptured cyst).
If you have symptoms that suggest a twisted or ruptured ovarian cyst, call your health professional immediately. Some ruptured cysts bleed enough that treatment is necessary to prevent heavy blood loss.

I have had this sharp pain in my lower left ovary area for about three days now. The pain comes and goes and varies in range. Sometimes it is very painful other times it is a dull pOne other thing, there is also pain/tenderness on my cervix area.
C2 . you may want to go to the doctor thats how my pain started out and i didnt have the money to go to the doctor and now a little over a year later i have a small cyst on my right ovarie with UNBEARABLE pain and no money to fix it so i would suggest to get it looked at and it may be something not to worry about you never know.
good luck
C3 . Are you nearing ovulation time? Sometimes I get pain in left
ovary and in my cervix when I ovulate. It sounds like you need
to put a call into your doctor's or GYN's office. If it is an
infection, it needs to be treated with antiobitics. Good luck!
C4 . You should see your doc cause there could be a chance u have a cyst on your ovaries.
C5 . I just came home from the doctors today. I was in Urgent Care last night and refered to have an ultrasound due to the same pain you have described. Turns out I have an ovarian cyst that is filled with blood instead of fluid. The doctors said there is really nothing they can do about it but to watch for worsening symptoms. If symptoms get worse for you definetly go in to see someone. Also watch if you develop a fever or vomiting. I hope this helps you a little. Chances are it is an overian cyst.
This information is from a womens health forum.
Hope this is helpful, I know that my mother always had troubles with ovarian cysts, One time she collapsed in agony and had to go to the hospital by flying doctor cause we lived in a country town. I'm sure you'll get well soon, hopefully you find a good gynaecologist. see ya.

When you are pregnant you will get pains in the center of your lower abdomen, pains on either ovary is usual a sign of beginning or ending ovulation from that ovary. I would wait a couple of more days and see if it stops or gets worse, if it gets worse you could possibly have a tubal pregnancy which is very rare but it is when an egg gets trapped in the Fallopian tube and becomes fertile. So they have to go in and remove it! GOOD LUCK!!!

Go to a doctor. Did you ovulate in the last week or two? It may be an ovarian cyst. It takes a while after you've ovulated for the cyst to get big enough that its painful. 99% of the time, they'll go away on their own, but I'd get it checked out. If you haven't gotten your peroid, something may be wrong with the whole plumbing system. Call your gyno and describe the symptoms to them, and see what they have to say. It can't hurt to be careful, considering how much can go wrong down there! Good luck, and I hope you feel better!

maybe a cyst? Or you may be fixing to start your period and it's effects are more harsh because you haven't had a period in 2 months. Stress could be a large factor. I would see an ob-gyn 2 b sure.

If you are ABSOLUTELY sure that you are not pregnant or that it isn't an ectopic pregnancy and your not on birth control, you could have cyst that is triggering the signs of pregnancy. I would suggest you calling your OB/GYN ASAP to find out what is going on.
