I renewed my plate online earlier this month - it didn't expire until 6/07, but in Pennsylvania, you can renew up to 6 months before the plate expires.

When it arrives in the mail, I just take the paperwork over to Kroger and get the new tag. Easy as pie.

usually my birthday,but once I went 2 years and got away with it,a few times at a red light I had cops right behind me,they never noticed
