Use both barbell and dumbbell excercises and use a higher rep count of 8 to 12 per rep for more definition...size will come along anyway...

Well in my experience, best thing to use are dumbbells. Three sets from moderate to heavy with 8-10 reps. On a fourth set light weight with a quick burnout. There's a lot of different camps on what is best but personally I just went up to a guy at the gym who had the arms i was looking for and asked.

What you want is high reps with low weight. Mainly curls. Dumb-bells and bar-bells will get you there. You may want to look in your local library for a book on the subject so you'll do things the right way.Part of it will depend on how strong you already are.And don't expect results in three days. Results will vary from person to person and how much effort they put into it. They used to say, "no pain, no strain, no gain..." But you don't want to over-do it and hurt yourself.
