I decided to ride Scream! as my first loop coaster, so i thought that maybe reading what people think about the ride would give me an idea of how the ride is.

That coaster is the lowest that any Six Flags park has ever gone. When Cedar Point built it's sixteenth coaster, Top Thrill Dragster, Magic Mountain wanted to stay in the competition for quantity. Needless to say, Scream! was built on a parking lot. The layout was a mirror image of Medusa at SF Great Adventure. They didn't even try and make a good design. Scream rattles and vibrates a lot too.

Scream! is an EXACT replica of Medusa at Six Flags Great Adventure which was the world's first floorless coaster. Scream! and Medusa are a little different (besides color and theming) but Scream! (built in '03) is a little weaker than Medusa (built in '99)

I personally think it's one of their weakest rides. It's way too smooth....lol....but it depends on what kind of ride you like. I would go with Goliath first, as that one is always one of my favorites.

my kids loved it.... I wasn't feeling well the day we went (June of 2006) so I didn't ride it.
