We're all one race.. but the fact of the matter is, we're not all the same and some people have nothing better to do with their lives than pick on those small differences. Don't get angry, just feel sorry for people that are so small minded!

Cause they are ignorant I never got the racist thing it really pisses me off my whole family is of different races and backgrounds and a freakin grown man was saying not nice things to my nephew who is black when he was maybe 7 years old! How childish is that??

Most people are creatures of habit. Therefore some people prejudge everyone based on one or two experiences they had that were negative. Or they were raised to be that way.
Examples I see a lot of prejudice are "all cops are jerks," or "all people from so and so country are dirty," or stuff like that.
You limit yourself when you lump everyone together, and that is sad.

I like Lt. Dan. He's a nice man and has a good answer. I agree with him, and also think that it just comes down to experience. Some people just 'don't know'. You know what I mean?

people are by nature stupid and ignorant. what they don't understand, they make fun of because they don't want people to realize that they are ignorant. just ignore them and do the best you can possible because that will piss them off even more
