Nasal strips work. My fella snores and although they are quite expensive (£12 for 30 ish) they do reduce snoring

I sympathize with your girlfriend! Breathe Right nose strips. My boyfriend uses them sometimes, and they quiet him down. I can sleep peacefully. I have even used them before and they feel great. They open up your nasal passage for more comfortable breathing. I use them when my allergies are going crazy. You can definitely feel a difference when using them. Those Breathe Right Strips work great...or a big boot for your girlfriend so she can kick you out of the bed...

Go to a drugstore and look for those strips you apply to your nose. It opens up the nose and you can breath much better. I heard it works. Good luck. Go try it for your sake or we will read about a murder in your newspaper.

Well, you better see your doctor and make sure you don't have sleep apnea, especially if you're overweight. Other than that, try to sleep on your side or stomach rather than your back.
