Capitalization of the titles of things is tricky. All of the *major* words should be capitalized, but there's different ideas about whether to capitalize all the words, or whether the *minor* words like and, to, of etc should be left in lower case. Some artists are picky about it.
There are some other grammatical errors in your sentences too... :)
1) If this is what someone is actually saying, it needs to be in quotation marks. *Leave it to Beaver* should be in quotation marks as well, as it's a title. In Britain, we tend to use double quotation marks for speech ", and single marks for titles '. I'd also put a full stop or exclamation mark after *Oh, no*. so it would read:
"Oh, no. I just can't watch another episode of 'Leave It To Beaver'."
or
"Oh, no! I just can't watch another episode of 'Leave It to Beaver'."
2) The full stop needs to go OUTSIDE the quotation marks. It only goes inside if what is contained within the marks is a full sentence in it's own right. In this case, it isn't, it's just a part of the sentence - you could put it earlier on, like *Actually, "A Simple Set of Instructions" was what she named...* and the full stop wouldn't be there, so it shouldn't be just because the title is at the end of the sentence... so this would read:
Actually, she named her poem 'A Simple Set of Instructions'.
or
Actually, she named her poem 'A Simple Set Of Instructions'.
(unless of course, the full stop is PART of the title. in which case it would read Actually, she named her poem 'A Simple Set of Instructions.'. Two full stops. One that is part of the title, and one for the end of the sentence.)
3) You need to put quotation marks around the title. Again, the full stop goes outside of the marks.
The still life painting is entitled 'Two Peppers and Bowl'.
or
The still life painting is entitled 'Two Peppers And Bowl'.
(The same applies as for number 2, if the full stop is part of the title.)
Hope this helps.
