It's true that every woman is different, however there is a range of temps that you might expect, before ovulation is usually below 98 degrees and after ovulation is usually above 97.5 degrees. This isn't a rule just a generalization, you don't have to have those exact temp ranges. If you want to know more about BBT fertilityfriend.com is a great place to go. I also recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Good luck.

BBT are different for every woman and they can even vary from month to month. A lot of women will see a dip and then a sharp rise and that is the day that they have ovulated. Also, on ferilityfriend.com they say that if your temps stay elevated for 4 days or more then you have passed ovulation. Once you have been charting for a few months you will see a pattern for your body. If you are not using a program like fertilityfriend.com I would highly suggest it because they do everything automatically there for you and also they have a lot of articles that you can read to see if you are on track or if there is something that is bothering you. Good Luck! =)
