I would not advise overclocking a laptop. overclocking requires good cooling, and laptops arent known for being low temperature (feel the bottom of it after its been on for 30 minutes.

DON'T OVERCLOCK A LAPTOP... unless your experience is good. Heat syncs and coolants will need to be improved so it doesn't overheat and fry the processor.

Take note... within a minute or so the processor can reach heat of over 100Celsius, the manufactures try to make the clock as fast as safely possible.

Usually I say avoid over clocking laptops just because they aren't as efficant at cooling as desktops are. And you cant really add any type of watercooling or put a bigger heatsink on. And laptops aren't known to run cool in the first place. If you are than be very careful. Usually the burnout tempature of chips is 55C- 60+C.

I would not advise overclocking a laptop as it will run to hot but if you are happy to burn it out go ahead

I concur with the previous answers. Don't do it unless you want to buy a new laptop.
