For example, if someone was murdered, isn't it their partially their fault for being alive in the first place? Is continued existence a choice? Should we be held responsible for maintaining consciousness, or is this a natural right?

It is a choice, but consequences only as pertains to life on earth which is meaningless anyway. Is it their fault for being alive? I'd have to disagree with that.

If I have a house with 15 locks, an alarm, and dogs and someone still breaks in, is it still my fault for even having a house? That logic doesn't work for me.

Existence is a choice, but simply existing can no be held against people for the simple reason that the only other option is that you expect them to suicide instead of experience trouble.

That said, I think many people assume too much, like doctors will cure them of anything or else get sued. Humans lived a lifespan of 28 years or so for THOUSANDS of years. If you die at 35 b/c a doc screws up, well you are lucky you lived that long.

Were that the case, then automobile coverage organizations would now not exist - you might now not recieve handiest 10% of the blame only for being there at an twist of fate (or zero% in Michigan, that is a no-fault state), you'll recieve one hundred% of the blame only for being there because the recipient of the motion. How is it our fault whilst any individual else takes motion towards us? Why on the planet might you forget about the truth that there is one more social gathering appearing within the trouble? To accomplish that is wholly illogical. As people, we have now the energy to DO SOMETHING approximately our possess instances too - this may imply protecting ourselves from assault and many others or taking lively steps to hinder it - killing your self isn't a preventative, on account that, let's examine, it is an assault on your self. Also, each and every second we are living, we have now the possibility to be thrilled, helped, cherished. There are many probabilities.

It's a fricken natural right. How can the victim of a murder be at fault? The victim who was murdered never asked to exist. So, how can the victim be at fault for living? Parents don't go to prison for having children and it certainly is not a crime to give birth or to give life.

If your theory were true then hospitals would be closed down and mass arrests of doctors, nurses, and pharmaceutical companies would be made world wide.

There is one guilty party -the MURDERER-

AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT!

no, if you get murdered by accident it is not your fault

usually I suspect people who get murdered have given someone a reason to murder them though

sometimes its just random though, for drug money or something

all the choices we make affect our future, anything we do or don't do.

I think make the best decisions we can. If we have kids its a little trickier though. Then we have to consider the implications for the lives of the kids too. Be a good example first, then the kids will mostly make good choices too.

Definitely not. Life is worth living, even if you know you’re going to die tomorrow, even if you DO die tomorrow, you NEED to live the life you’re given. In my opinion, life is an experience like no other, no matter how you look at it. Would you rather feel pain, or nothing at all? Pain, love, happiness, ecstasy, anger, madness, contemplation, depression. So many feelings. If you’re murdered, how on earth can someone blame you? If I said because I’m going to die on day that I should kill myself, than I’d be proving my own point. You die by killing yourself, or you die being murdered, or you die from old age, or you die from an unexplained illness, so on and so forth. The real question is, what is worse? Dieing by your own hands, or dieing by someone else’s?
