Since "National Anthem" is NOT the title of the British national anthem, it does not need to be capitalized. Only the term "British" needs to be capitalized.

All who said "b" are correct. If it had said "God Save the Queen" instead of "national anthem" that would have been capatilized, since it is the name of the song.
