If you've just started your period, it can take time to get on a regular cycle. It took me about three years before I was regular.

However, if you've had it for a while and you're still not regular, I would recommend birth control pills. They will definitely keep you regulated and can help with mood swings, PMS cramps and may shorten the length of your period.

Have you told your Dr. this?? I would. Also, if you have any kind of pain w/ period's & such, call this #- I've listed it alot on this site,very helpful people at the Endometriosis association-#1-414-355-2200, Call them & see what they might think-they're so knowledged in all aspect's of a woman's body,cycle's ,et c.

I don't think that there is a cure for that, but you can go to a doctor and ask what is the best treatment for you if there is any
