bake her a cake, get her a nice card, and maybe take her to lunch or dinner. Or make her dinner.
Parents just love that stuff! remind her how much she means to you and how much you love her. That's better than any store bought gift.

Good for you, you sound like a great daughter! I’m a mom too and Scarlett has some good ideas. Another idea is to give your mom some fresh flowers, and make sure she has a complete day off--no housework, laundry, errands, cooking, etc. You can clean house and cook for her, and let her sit and relax, take a bath, take a nap, read a book...all the things that moms often don't have time to do!
