The American Full Series Release Comes in a Bulky 7 DVD Pack And Cost Well Over $150, But it has its in Engllish.

The Japanese Comes in a Nice 3 DVD pack that I can get on Ebay for Less then $20.

So My Question is... The Japanese Import Says it has English Audio, Now is that Audio Some Horrible Dub or is it the American Actors ?

Because I bought the Entire Tenchi Muyo Series as a import and Had to watch it in Japanese w/Eng Subtitles because the "English Audio" they Provied was Awful.

Can anyone who has the Import Help me? Thanks ;)

Well, first of all those aren't Japanese imports. Those that you are buying/looking to buy are clearing bootleg ripoffs.

First of all Japanese import DVD's are in i think region 2 or 3 region coding, while American DVDs and DVD players are locked on region 1. You can't play real Japanese imports on an American DVD player unless it's region free (specialty item)

Second of all few Japanese imports even have English subs on them, NONE have english dubs.

And finally, Japanese imports are EXPENSIVE, usually running around 50$ or so a DVD for only like 2 episodes and theydont' sell dvd packs of 3, they sell bulky packs

Plus with so little volumes in a pack for a cheap price means they aren't high quality DVDs and bootlegs.

If you don't mind owning bootlegs then I suppose the cheaper one is better but they often of course have bad subs and dubs.

I'd suggest the official one since you actually are supporting the anime companies and have good quality DVDs, although i'd think it has english sub on it. if it dosen't, guess bootleg

You brought the Hong Kong imports, which is why the English Audio and English subtitles are bad. Those have been translated from Japanese to Chinese to English. Alot is lost in translation. Japanese imports are hell of a expensive to buy. I brought a CD soundtrack for Trigun for like $30. It had about 14 tracks I think. 200 yen is about $1.5. 200 yen is like a US quarter in Japan. You put 200 yen into one of those capsule thingys(like the ones you get candy in in the US) and get a 2 inch figure.
