Not sure what you are referring to when you say, "black money" , but printing money is illegal.

That is the Nigerian Money scam! It is black paper not money! I hope for your sake you haven't gone through with giving them your account number or any money! If so, you have just been ripped off buddy!
I can't believe people still fall for this...these Nigerian scams usually will sell you the chemical that is supposed to remove the black for $1,000,000 or so, but it is not real, none of this is real...Please say you didn't fall for that scam...
Just a side note...you can't print money from anything other then the mint (a money press) as the green color of American $$$ cannot physically print from any printer not located at the mint.
