He was driving to the family home (in a jeep I think) and it turned over and he was killed instantly...i think his neck got broken...A friend was with him but i think he sustained minor injuries...very sad and John Edwards wears a pin his son gave him everyday...

He was driving home in his jeep and sever winds cause his jeep to go out of control.
