so, i know that we have freedom of speech but there are some things we can't say like bomb in an airport and fire in a crowded theater what else is there?? PLEASE help me out i need this for class.

the statement is usually taken out of context, the constitution says that we have the freedom of speech unless it presents a clear and present danger. yelling fire in a theater certainly creates that danger.
racially motivated speech falls under a different heading. that would be a violation of a person's civil rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

You cant say you are going to kill any particular person in power.(president vice president congress members) Just saying it can be considered a death threat no matter how you meant it.

You can't make threats toward the President, or you'll have the secret service all up on your ***. It's illegal.
