Standard personality assessments used in the workplace?!?

What are some standard personality assessments used in business and industry? Keep in mind that these need to be actual, reputable personality assessments which have data to support their use, such as the Myers-Briggs tool. How do these test work? What is your opinion of these tests/tools? Do you think these tests are useful?

They are OK but there is too much emphasis on them.
