Know a website where you don't have to download a program, where it's safe, where I don't have to sighn up, where it's for free and where it is actually good. Please don't just say Limewire because I know it rocks but it just takes up space on my PC.

Limewire is good, but try going to www.mininova.org and download the uttorent. It may take a while to download something, but that's because it's making sure your not downloading a virus

eMusic.com requires you sign up. Any legal site that is 100% safe will ask you to sign up. But their plan is similar to that of Netflix. I signed up for a free trial and downloaded 50 songs risk free and charge free.

I downloaded all 50 songs within 2-3 days and cancelled my membership immediately so that I was not charged the amount. It will increase your music library significantly and legally/safely.

But eMusic will not have mainstream pop music. It mainly contains a lot of indie music and world music and old school music.

I hope you look into it.
