Generally, the healthiest food is home cooked. At home, you can control exactly what is in the food that you eat in terms of sodium and fat content. At a restaurant, you have very little control over what you are eating. Even a salad can be more unhealthy that meat and potatoes on occasion.
My advice is to look for places that offer nutritional information for the dishes that they serve and do your homework.
Chiles and Subway are not healthy choices.

Not saying its the "Best" to eat for your health. But at Uno Chicago Grill, they have a kiosk and you can check every item on the menu to see its calorie content, its ingredients (great for people with allergies), it also lists the sodium, grams of fat, it gives all the nutritional information for every item on the menu. I think for ANY health problem this is a wonderful system. All restaurants should implement it.

The paani of paani-puri is healthful - no longer fattening - see you later because that's made in hieginic situations. The puri of paani-puri, on the different hand, is deep-fried, and so is unquestionably no longer healthful; and that i assume that's created from white flour, it is also no longer that healthful. So the puri would not fit the definition of being healthful. for sure, inspite of the actuality that, like a number of fried foodstuff, that's tasty as hell!
