Antonio Carluccio - because he (and Keith Floyd) are the only truly 'genuine' celeb chefs out there in media land, and the food they cook is substantial and delicious.
Genuine means they are themselves and not some construct to attract viewers or sell books.

Paula Deen,because she is so funny and so loveable,just like a grandmother that I always wished that I would have had! Plus,she is very down to earth and she is always willing to give her fans hugs and sign autographs for them without rolling her eyes or complaining like alot of other chefs do!

I used to like Jamie Oliver in the Naked Chef days when he was a scruffy student working in his tiny flat and inviting his mates over. But I can't stand him now he gets on my nerves big time, he seems to be trying to get himself a knighthood

James Martin as he's the king of the desserts and I love my desserts even though I don't eat that many lol. He has also been showing a lot of the old type recipes that have been long forgotten. the good old puddings are the best

Paula Deene- makes easy and really yummy recipes and she makes them for real people, like she says I am your chef not your Dr. because she uses a lot of cream and butter etc in her recipes...lol

I am actually wathing Rachel Ray right now..she just has fun on her show and seems like a normal human being..but my ultimate favorite is...the Naked Chef..Why..he is hot!!

Past has to be Julia Child because you saw her make mistakes and she would make a funny comment. Now it is Bobby Flay because he just seems so down to earth on his Throw down Show.
