That's a good height. I feel if a person over six ft. tall it can actually be a back breaker and harder on circulation in your older yrs. I had a very physical jobs and I've seen taller, older people working beside me- that were nearing retirement age suffering. Hence more aches and pains all around. However, being tall has benefits -can reach more things and see over stuff.
