How can we stop liberals from having control over anything? I mean, republicans should be the only party, right? Their viewpoint should be the only one being represented, right? I mean who out there wants both sides of a story? Who needs to really know what's going on, besides Bush? WHy can't we just stay the course and not challenge anything? WHy do we have to be so BIASED?

Nicholas, I agree...the problem is anytime someone disagrees with the right, they are labeled as a liberal. I belong to no party, so i have no partisanship. Do you think many on the right respect my opinions? No way! But some do, and they tend to be the smarter users.

Very likely. Then again, the conservatives weren't exactly listening to the American People and so the American People chose a different direction in terms of leadership.
It is their right as voting Americans, after all.

What are you rambling on. Much like your ramblings to my last question where you so cleverly quoted stephen colbert in your first line. "truth has a liberal bias" or something to that effect.
Challenging things for the reason of partisanship is quite different than challenging things for the right reason.
The liberals are showing how childish they are every day. Just like today, when Al Gore didn't give a copy of his testimony 24 hours (48 is standard) prior to it as he promised. But instead gave it 2 hours before to the republicans, and 8 hours to the democrats.
The democrats are destroying the fake integrity they aquired during the 06 elections, and are digging themselves in a hole deeper by the day.
It's a disgusting, yet comical display they are putting on.

quite often average, specific the democrats took back the two residences and a good form of the moderates that have been elected are democrat, yet are waiting to think of for themselves and do what's nice for the country as antagonistic to what's nice for the occasion, i'm hoping this trend proceed's in 08

I have absolutely no desire to usurp the democratic process. If Dems win an election, so be it. My only gripe is with those Democrats who are so incredibly consumed by their blind hatred for the President that they forget to be Americans first. A refresher course in the ancient concept of Loyal Opposition might not be such a terrible idea for some of the more vociferous leftists out there.

No, just biased Liberals voted. It wasn't raining that day in their towns, so they decided to show up to vote for their home-bred Socialist screwballs.
The answer is for Conservatives, and Republicans to realize that Liberals are the same as Communists, and Socialists, who will destroy what America is, and what we TRULY stand for! FREEDOM! Not to be controlled by the government. We the People are the government, but Liberals want that all to change. It's against everything that our forefather's put down in the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. VOTE Conservatives! I know you're busy, but the children can be babysat for a short time while you go to the voting booth, and vote your candidates! Your country NEEDS you! VOTE!

The word "sheep" comes to mind. So, basically, you want a dictator to run everything, have only your party, and have the people follow around like sheep grazing and minding their own business while the "dictator" basically destroys everything American? Is that what you're saying? Right...

an election cannot be biased. voters can. no, republicans can't be the only party, we need you cowards and draft dodgers to show the world we are not all strong-willed and brave. if the whole country were republicans, we would probably be pre-emptively attacked. i like to hear both sides. without the left, we can't be right.

That's not my view...........I don't mind congress having a separate ruling party....What I mind is that when they took over congress, they immediately started investigating everything and anything in the administration. I think checks and balance is a good thing, but not when it comes in the form of a witch-hunt. They should be working together to find a solution to problems, not playing "uuummmm, I'm telling."

Everyone should work towards having their voting precincts install proper equipment to ensure paper trails for the 08 elections. If not, its gonna be all democrats all the time.
