Only if she wants you to! Women are usually not feeling very well during the first 2-3 days of their period. It's up to her whether she feels like having sex or not.
If you're concerned about pregnancy, it is best to wear a condom if you're going to have sex during this time. There is a very small chance that she could get pregnant from sex during her period. I would play it safe and wear a condom.

Yes, as long as she feels up to it. It can be slightly painful for her. She may start to cramp. And not to mention it could get a little messy.But otherwise, if she is fine with it then go ahead. Be aware that it is not guarantee that she won't get pregnant. Some women ovulate even if they have their period as well as have a period while they are pregnant.
