Sometimes cramps and breast tenderness are just part of menstruation. Sometimes they are part of pregnancy. Generally when I was in early pregnancy my breast appeared much fuller, sore and hotter to the touch. If it is close to your usual cycle time, do a home pregnancy test.

Yes you could be! Those are some sign, but also it could be that you are about to come on your cycle, thats usually what mine is!
