Is Bush related to John Anthony WALKER, Jr. (born July 28, 1937), a Chief Warrant Officer and communications specialist for the U.S. Navy, who sold his services as a spy to the Soviet Union from 1968 to 1985, the height of the Cold War era? In this time he helped the Soviets decipher over one million classified encrypted naval messages, and most observers agree that he was one of the most effective and destructive Soviet spies in US history.
Or is he related to the American Taliban, John Phillip WALKER Lindh (born February 9, 1981), an American citizen who was captured during the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan while fighting there for the Taliban.
Does anybody else see the connection? If not, quit capitalizing Obama's middle name!

Wow. People project a lot here! I am not half of what has been written! While not a fan of Bush, this question was merely meant to point out how juvenile some conservatives are by mocking their behavior, hence the last sentence I wrote.
I have no favor for Barack Obama (and at this point I see no distinct reason to vote for him) I just dislike little potshots. Apparently given the replies, others don't like them when they are directed at their bastion of virtue either.

It's a good point.
I don't like any sedition against any of our representatives (whether I vote for them or not), but I'm getting tired of it as well (I'm not an Obama fan).
I make an effort to read the other questions and some of the answers that Askers post before I fire off at them.
Keep speaking up! You post some great questions. I don't agree with some of your views (who cares!) but I love your ethics. Nice to meet another American (I hope you are, and if you aren't, move!)
Well done!

So, because a few people always use Obama's full name, you have to get all indignant?
Pointing out that Obama's middle name is Hussein will only affect the truly dull people. Anybody of any intelligence and modicum of world knowledge knows that Hussein is a name in widespread use in the Middle East and in Islam. Even non-Muslims in those areas get named that.
But it does show a lot about you that instead of using facts and logic and showing the common use of that name, you'd rather use some silly example like this.
Most of us conservatives and Republicans think the overstressing of Obama's middle name ill-serves the public. Obama should fall because he's a socialist political lightweight with absolutely no record of accomplishment.

I appreciate that you point out the silliness of this middle name connection. Turnabout is fair play and it serves to highlight how ridiculous the current emphasis by some on Obama’s middle name really is. They are really reaching to find something to criticize him on but most people see through this and those that don’t are unfortunate beings with serious issues. I think that more of an issue than his name is his skin color. Many Americans, unfortunately, won’t be able to see past that.

Nope. But then we aren't looking through the same stained glasses that apparently you have permanently affixed to your head.
How much time per day do you spend looking for these ghostly connections in order to throw mud at our President?
Do you realize how very juvenile this makes you look?
To all honest liberals who which to debate issues with respect and honesty, you are respected by me.
I can't imagine that you appreciate this stuff any more than I.

Not sure where you're from heathen but in the US our middle name usually doen't tie us to any other family name, the main exception is female Movie Stars and Singers who keep their maiden name when they marry and use it as a middle name. So your theory there is really absurd, I've seen some bad conspiracy theories on here, but that's about the worst.

Derangement suits no one. Let's talk reality. I thank God everyday that Mr. Bush is not Bill Clinton, who would have done NOTHING about 9/11, not even lay one flower on one grave of the people who died, by terrorism. He did NOTHING about terrorism when he was president. Somalia, American embassy in Africa, nor the USS Cole in Yemen. Wise up man, and quit fantasizing about conspiracy theories, that are FALSE.

I agree with you but I'm not as conserned about his name as I am with his background. He was a user until the age 20 and he smokes even tho he's quitting but it's another addiction nevertheless showing a weakness that he can't handle things on his own w/o a crutch. He's not experianced enough, and I'm sorry but being raised as a muslim is not good. The religion he's into now is some wierd thing. And it isn't just Republicans and Bush lovers that feel this way.

Is this a Conspiracy theory agenda or are you trying to make a point about a Democratic Presidential candidate.
