Yes, get the train to Glasgow then to Stranraer, then get the Stena HSS to Belfast then the train from Yorkgate to Belfast Central then the Enterprise to Dublin which stops in Portadown.

translink bus company do a bus to london and back ( obviously ). they have pick-up points throughout the journey. contact their website. once in belfast you can get a train to portadown.
