Personally I do not think Americans are colour blind! I don't think anyone in the world is colour blind, all people see race and ethnicity. Americans can be just as closed minded as any other group on this planet.

Color blindness in America is the same as color blindness everywhere, you can't tell colors apart.

color blindness means you dont judge or make decisions regarding race or color of your skin. we need to focus more on the individual rather than the color they were born with

it is overlooking peoples inadequacies, because of their race. basically that means you are not held up to normal standards because of your color...................
