You won't ebay suck...i had an issue on going with them for months and i never saw the money back. They don't even have a complaints department...its just a bunch of kids sitting at a computer answering emails and giving the same "we really care" bullsh*t response...

How would you over pay? Everything is handled electronically and you are charged what is due to the account. I guess they would credit you back through what ever method you used to pay. I'm still not sure how this would happen though.

Unless you bought something and sent that person too much money. Then you have to take it up with them, I suppose.

If you have overpaid go into your paypal account then just request your money its easy.If no pay pal account open one its the most secure way to shop online .(paying /buying/selling/and tranfering and getting money)
You'll just need a credit card or bank account.
