The molten core of the Earth and the Sun for sure, but I think chemical reactions and even possibly body heat from all the animals might be the others.

- In the earth : 70% are from radioactive desintegration of mainly the potassium 40 and some other radioactive elements.
- tidal forces on the liquid core
- Electromagnetic forces
