Zoning laws wont put either in school or most residential zones. So they are kind of stuck in a lower grade zoning area which rent is cheap and where crime and booze are more prevalent.

There is a drug store in Glenwood Springs Colorado that sells guns and liquor. Their sign out front says "Guns, Drugs, Liquor"......a winning combination for sure.
