Depends. Sometimes the thing stressing me causes me to not think clearly. Particularly if it is family related. Job stuff, I can usually think pretty clearly with.

No. When I'm super-stressed, I need to take 10-15 minutes to freak out, then to gather my wits about me and THEN start to think it through.
