Kind of. You need to make sure you have a dual video card to support the dual monitors, not all video cards can handle the monitor double duty. You also will have to trick your computer with the dual keyboards. I have a mac, so that isnt a problem but on a PC it might be a problem. Also, since you will be working off one tower, you both cant be in user accounts from the same client, like yahoo. You wont be able to both be logged into Yahoo at the same time. Although you might want to experiment with this through using different browsers, but I believe that clients use isp addresses, not browser ids. Good luck and look up about the keyboard.

Nope - but you can have a network of two complete computers sharing the internet via a network card. Lots of folks doing that these days.
