I have a complete synopsis of a great story that i would like to put in manga or anime form if not both. I just need to know the steps I need to take to make this happen.

Go to deviantart.com and look up manga to see the different artists. Then ask your favourites what it takes to get them to draw it up. They might do it for free if they get a cut of the final product. Errr that is if you cannot draw it yourself.

Then go and start putting it online or show it to tokyopop and see if they'll take it. They seem to take a number of projects. If you put it online try a place like deviantart because that can give you a fanbase.

You can also try starting it locally if you live in a city big enough to have a large manga reading population.

Either way you'll have to develop it further, make sure to develop your characters solidly, with backgrounds for each and such. Also work out scripts and finally draw it all out in a storyboard and you'll have your manga. It all grows from there.

Best of luck!
