Surely you jest, secure proxy, not likely unless you are running your own.

These things exist for what purpose,
1. to by pass blocked sites, who blocked the site and why?
2. to "surf" and "protect" your identity. who you protecting it from or more to the point who are you hiding from?

Neither of these are exactly what I would call safe for any LEGAL purpose so proxy at your own risk.
