first, have a plan. make sure you know what to do in case you get lost.
know where guest relations is and have a plan for everyone to meet there in case you get lost. there will be people there who can help you. there are free maps when you go into the park. everyone take one, mark guest relations and put it in their back pocket. that was if anything happens you have the information you need.
try the buddy system. try to have one person who you will spend most of your time with. you don't feel lost if you have someone with you.
if you do get lost, don't get nervouse. just follow the plan. if you feel that you need help, go to a cast member (what disney employess are called) and ask for help. and go to where you family decided to meet. have fun.

You are never lost there unless you leave. There are maps and plenty of people to help you out. Its a pretty safe place and if you can't find your way, just ask one of the people that work there or check a map which not only do they have posted everywhere, but you can pick one up at the front gate when you come in. Don't worry so much, it will be fun, its just an amusement park. Have fun!

I've been to Disney world over 100 times. I live in bradenton florida. I would highly recommend universal studios instead. especially if its for older people. Magic Kingdom and such are for the younger crowds.

It's easy to get lost in a huge place like that with lots of people. Make sure everyone has cell phones or decide a time to meet at a central location!
Don't worry, it's not that bad!

Go the Universal instead, I went to both in the same week with my family, and Disney World is so much for kids, while Universal is geared for adults to enjoy themselves more.

Yes, but i recommend you to go to either islands of adventure, or six flags. Disney is more for little kids than thrill seakers, and besides the rides found at six flags are way better than those in disney.

just have a meeting place or plan in case someone gets separated. dont ever go off alone, and make sure someone in every group has a phone. one time when i went, i think i was 12, it was raining and everyone in the park wore these yellow mickey ponchos, talk about getting confused, everyone looked the same. i made it through that so i think you will be fine.

If you are going with your family, it will be a great idea that all of you wear the same t-shirt/color, etc. Carry cell phones its fast to know/tell where you at.Don't worry, it will be ok. Just have fun. Good Luck.
