That would depend on the individual woman. Pregnant women feel uncomfortable in different positions(during sex or otherwise), some can't handle lying flat on their back, some can't tolerate side lying, etc. Experiment with different positions until you find one that is suitable for both of you..... variety is the spice of life.

Every pregnant woman is different, I didn't want my partner anywhere near me when I was pregnant but I was told that Doggy position is more comfortable, its very dangerous for a woman to lie on her back too long when she is pregnant (especially when heavily pregnant) its to do with an artery than comes from your brain down the ways, so on your side or doggy are the safest

Definitely doggie style because there is no way your stomach could interfere with the process in this position and it allows for access to your clits...........maximum pleasure :) don't give up if this doesn't work for you try lying side by side but this makes me cramp a bit and then we have to change positions.

I'm 30 weeks and have given up completely. lol. There really is no comfortable position!

Spooning (side by side) You can try doggy.. just have some pillows under you for a little support but spooning is the best i have used

So far the best one I have found ( 38 weeks, stopped 3 weeks ago) is if I spread my legs and sit on the very edge of the bed, he will get in between my legs on his knees, leaving us eye level.

Side by side like spoons, the pregger woman on her knees and lying in a sort of X shape. Hard to explain but its really enjoyable!
I loved sex when I was pregnant!

last night my fiance put like 3 pillows under my butt while i was lying in my back. so my butt and everything was all up in the air but perfect level for him to reach and it was a great position, he never got near my belly.

Woman laying on her side (2 pillows under her head) man on top (it gets a bit less deep penetration).

doggystyle works pretty good, sometimes it can hurt(depending on the mans size..lol) because when you do it doggy style it allows it to go in deeper... i really like doing it sideways, kind of like spooning... and sometimes i prop my head up on a pillow so i can breathe good and he gets on top but sits up so he doesnt smash my belly...
