Been Completely sober for 6 months. Last night. i did a NUMMY, a VERY SMALL AMOUNT, of cocaine. I put it in my mouth, now i regret it. I'm worried because i have a hair follicle test for probation in 20 days. What is the cutoff for the amount of cocaine in your hair? and would what i did meet that cutoff??

the whole point of a hair pollicle test is that it detects EVERYTHING! i mean, they could tell you what you ate for dinner if they wanted to test for it. stupid decisions youre making. im sorry youre a part of our society, the judge will be too. and cocaine of all things, what a waste of freedom.

If you're on probation and being drug-tested, you're probably not supposed to be using cocaine (nummy or not).
To answer, though: a hair follicle test can be used for around 90 days, so no, 20 days is not going to get it out of your system. As for the small amount you did, well, time will tell.

If it was tomorrow or somethin, i would'nt worry about it, because hair tests are for detecting a long time back. When i had one done for a job, they just snipped some of my hair in back of my head,, not the roots or anything which is where it would show up first, but since u say its 20 days away,, dont know.

Your life has to be worth more than a hit. 30 days I believe it stays in your system but in your hair it is a bit longer. I don't think that you will pass, but if you don't this is your wake up call. Stay clean.

This aside, I hope you go and get assistence from someone (like AA or something) to help you continue to stay sober going forward.
