yep - they knocked Pakistan out but they need Pakistan to beat zimbabwe today to guarantee them a place in the super 8 stages. If Pakistan lose then Ireland will have to beat the West Indies in their next game or it will go down to the run rate.

When you buy players at least their name should sound right.. for eg. Andre Botha(not very Irish). Most sports buy players now days, so good for them, I hope they do as well against the West Indies...
