I ordered it from

http://www.bestbuymobilephones.com/Nokia-N71-Cheap-Deals.html

and I thought I was getting a nice budle of texts but when I bought it, I only get 100 texts for the same line rental, the website is linked to phones2u!! Now I want to send it back and they want to charge me a £35 admin fee!!!! Should I make a complaint as these websites are wrong. Should I pay the £35 or just send it back and not worry about it?

As you were mis-lead by the advert, or mis-sold then you are entitled to return the item without penalty, I have not read the small print but feel if you were expecting 500 text messages and only getting 100 then you were mis-sold and are covered by the sale of goods act

To be honest i would not get a contract from a website, because you dont know what your getting. I would go to the actual shop ie vodafone or o2 etc. If you can prove you have been mis-sold a contract providing you cancel the contract within the 14 day period you should be ok.

I would dispute the £35 admin fee, you may have to pay it, but i would try to reclaim it back.
