I thought being an American Idol had to do with and overall Performance of Character, Stage presence and Vocals. Somehow America has diverted to voting for the worst performances. Meanwhile the contestants that really do have what it takes have been voted out. Why even waste your time in auditioning? The show should be cancelled or called American Idiot!

Why is there a market for people who can't sing? They give hope to the rest of us. My musical idols are the Sex Pistols-- they proved that talent had nothing to do with it!

American Idiot would then be the title to every "reality" show out there,,, the sheep would get confused on which one to watch.

It wouldn't be good for the ratings if they were all great opera singers.
