Any ideas how much it would cost to rewire a 3bedroom terrace house???

Depends who does it but around the £1500 to £2000 mark is about average
I would suggest at least 3 quotes from reputable electricians and try to banter and price match with them, it does work.

I recently had mine re-wired and it cost just shy of Â£2000, that included adding 2 garden power points and 4 outdoor lamps.
I live in the South of England, so it is probably more expensive in this area.

between 12 and 15 hundred pounds is a fair price.
