My wife has bad food allergies, I was wondering if acupuncture would help cure the allergies?

Has anybody here had acupuncture to help allergies?

Did it help?

How many sessions is typical, where about would they place the needles etc?

I'm sorry if this is irrelavant to your question but I found this article about EPD, which is supposed to be the most successful treatment so far for allergies (please see article).
Also,Aloe Vera has a powerful healing action on the gut.
(you could also type in allergies or food allergies in search for more articles on this site)

Yes acupuncture helps allergies. You can't say where they will place the needles or how many sessions you'll need, untill you see an acupuncturist. Try it!!! It'll help.

By my experience I don't see any relationship between them because the allergy is antibody secreted to fight some molecule of food so the better treatment is avoiding this type of food. but acupuncture cant stop these antibody
