The other night my friend and I were arguing who knew more about the opposite sex, so we decided to make a wager on a game of battle of the sexes. We need some ideas on what the loser (he or she) should do for the winner.

Sexual favors are always fun, or if that doesn't interest you, the loser could have to do something funny and embarrassing, like walk through the mall or some other place wearing a tutu or something ridiculous. Have fun with it, go back to your "Truth or Dare" days.

The loser has to take the winners out to dinner at any place the winner chooses. and go to dinner dressed as the opposite sex.

What's something that one hates that the other normally does? Maybe the man should do the woman's laundry for a week. The woman might do yardwork or something similar (I HATE power trimmers and stuff - that would be hell to me).
Or give the other person a list and tell them to shop. Send the woman (in the unlikely event she loses) to home depot for lumber, tools, whatever he needs. Send the man (when he gives up) to MAC for makeup of VS for bras and panties for you.
